As your Design Consultant, I will provide design assistance to ensure that your design details and specifications are consistently up to date for the builder and trades on-site, facilitating a smoother process for you as the homeowner.
I believe most homeowners have an idea of what they want their home to look like and just need assistance in visualizing, sourcing, and fine tuning all of the details.
While we are looking at design elements, I will also be making note of any special requirements of the items in order to provide the specs and information needed for the rough-in work to be installed accordingly.

I specialize in working with the homeowner to help their home dreams come to fruition by starting with the end result and working backwards on all of the details.
With my construction experience, communication skills, organization, and proficient computer skills my goal is to help the homeowner by conveying to the builder and trades on-site what the homeowner's end goal/vision is in a clear and concise manner.
Each project will include detailed drawings, renderings, and/or descriptive pages to clearly communicate the desired end result, not only to the builder but also to the trades onsite.
I will provide detailed information including tile layout, paint schedules, door schedules, cabinetry drawings and layout, plumbing specs, trim selections, flooring information, lighting information, hardware selections, and much more.
