I have been in construction nearly my entire life. Growing up in Alaska with my siblings – my parents owned a construction company and we worked for/alongside them from the time we were very young. I learned to respect people, follow the Golden Rule, be open and honest, work hard, to love the Lord, to pay attention to details, to appreciate the natural beauty of God's creation surrounding us, and so much more.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Finance when I was 20 from LeTourneau University in Longview, TX.
I have been working in the construction industry around Richland Chambers Lake for the past 10 years.
I built my own house, where I did the majority of the work myself. Besides the contracted services of framing, roofing, insulation, and sheetrock - I designed, built, and installed everything including trim work, cabinets, paint, lighting/electrical, plumbing, flooring, countertops, hardware. It was such a fun and rewarding experience, but not without some tear drops along the way.
I know building a house is hard and the number of decisions needing made is overwhelming. I would like to walk through each of those decisions with you and help to make it as painless as possible and hopefully an enjoyable experience!
When building a house, one should start with the vision of the end result and then make sure all of the details are in place for that vision to become reality. I feel that a picture truly does speak a thousand words, so I make documents that are clean and thorough to provide homeowners a visual and the trades/subs onsite the information needed to do their work without delay. I will be doing this through innovative technology.
I am looking forward to walking through the homebuilding process with you!
